When we convert to MPP, we don't need any software.
Then, press the shortcut button for 3 seconds for the bottom LED light to flash. If it blinked once, we need to press the two buttons and hold them again for 2 sec to change it to MPP. When you press them both at the same time for 2 sec, you should see one blink or two blinks. There is a LED light in the MIDDLE of those two buttons (can barely see it). Before pairing your pen, click on the top and bottom barrel at the same time for 2 seconds. It wasn't working and I got the same error message. He has never even heard of this pen until today. My family friend (genius!!) helped me with all the issues in 30 min. I was told I have to pay $90 for support. Even the supervisor don't know what happened. I'm like I called the same number though.
The other guy said he shouldn't have done it for free and that he might be a scammer. One guy hung up on me after more than an hour and ended the screen share session abruptly.
I was only able to fix this due to my 7 years of IT experience.I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! I talked to two dell reps for 2 hours and neither of them knew how to do it. And if it does, I’m the originator of the fix. Name it Wacom Settings Don’t delete me or something like this.ĪGAIN this fix does not exist any where online.
How I fixed the “Wacom tablet driver not found” error (This info does not exist anywhere but here on ) Go to Command Prompt (Admin) (Right click on the windows logo and click on Command Prompt (admin))
If you get the drivers not found: See video’s Comments.Do a search on your computer for Services.exe (or pull up task manager then click on Services if you are on Windows 10)> look for Wacom Processional Service or Tablet Service Wacom> Then do Restart or Start See Site.
See user manual or website for the most recent drivers.
Make sure you follow the steps that came with the user manual and make sure you are downloading the correct updated drivers from the website. If the drivers were not installed properly.paid 50+ for this pen sure would like to be able to use it. I have updated, rebooted and used the suggested link and still get the same message, 'a supported tablet was not found on the system' I bought the pen separately directly from dell.
